WHAT CAN I USE MY MAT FOR?

We are proud that Matly mats are multi-purpose. Use the 'Matly Original' as a playmat, a space to craft, under a high chair.... We also use ours as beach mats and picnic mats. However please note that we do not recommend using your mat for both indoors and outdoors as the underside will pick up some grass etc once used outside.

Use our 'Matly Mini' as a place mat, a pet bowl mat, a place for muddy wellies, a computer mat, a craft mat, for playing cards, a colouring mat...

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY MAT?

The beauty of our mats is that they are so easy to clean. After an average use you can just wipe clean with a damp cloth and then dry with a clean one. But sometimes your mat may get particularly dirty and you may find it easier to machine wash it. That's totally fine too - wash at 30 degrees then air dry. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!

 

WHAT ABOUT THE UNDERSIDE?

If you're using your mat outside you may find little bits of dried grass etc may stick to the underside - we suggest you shake it off as best you can and then use a brush or lint roller to clean it - but ultimately the underside won't stay pristine if used outside and showing little traces of your adventures are all part of it's charm! We don't recommend using your mat for both indoors and outdoors.

 

IS MY MAT WATER RESISTANT?

Yes. Feel free to spill as much liquid on them as you want! NB: The underside is not water resistant and will need to be air dried if it does get wet.​

WHAT IS MY MAT MADE OF?

All our mats are made of a high quality microfibre vegan leather - they are non-toxic and contain no PVC.
